Cold Starters: Turkish mezze plate of calf ham, feta cheese, Russian salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, mashed leaves, carrot salad with yogurt.

Warm Starter: Spring Balls or (deep-fried phyllo pastry with pastrami and tomato filling), pastry.
Main Course (Optional)
Option 1: Grilled meatballs, chicken breast and beefsteak with tomatoes.
Option 2: Grilled fish with greens (sea bass or sea bream).

We sail from Kabatas at 1:00 PM and serve lunch. Then we sail along Bosphorus up to Anadolu Kavagi neighborhood near the third (Yavuz Sultan Selim) bridge and enjoy English-speaking tour guide stories.

We land on the Asian side and have a stopover, then we come back and finish the tour at 17:30.
